Pick Up
By utilizing Rover Exotics Rescue LLC's pet pick-up and surrender services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Transfer of Ownership: Upon the agreed pick-up and surrender of a pet, full ownership and responsibility for the pet are transferred to Rover Exotics Rescue LLC.
Fees: Certain pet pick-ups may require a fee. You will be informed of any applicable fees prior to the pick-up.
Cage Inclusion: If you have a cage for the pet, we kindly request that you include it when surrendering the pet. This helps ensure the pet's comfort and safety during transport and transition.
No Refunds: All surrenders and pick-ups are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Liability: Rover Exotics Rescue LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur before the pet is picked up and surrendered to our care.
Acceptance of Terms: By agreeing to surrender a pet through Rover Exotics Rescue LLC, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Rover Exotics Rescue LLC operates under the parent company The Treasure Grid Inc. Rover Exotics Rescue LLC is a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
Notice of Pet Pick-Up and Surrender Services
Rover Exotics Rescue LLC offers pet pick-up and surrender services with varying fees based on the type and needs of the pet. Please review the following information:
Pets with Fees:
Exotic Birds - Fee: $300
Reptiles (e.g., snakes, lizards) - Fee: $160
Small Mammals (e.g., ferrets, chinchillas) - Fee: $100
Large Mammals (e.g., rabbits) - $75
Fish & Aquatic Pets - Fee: $100
Other Exotics - Fee: $250
Pets without Fees:
- Hamsters
- guinea pigs
- Gerbils
- Mice
Please note that fees may vary depending on the specific needs and condition of the pet. We kindly request that if you have a cage for the pet, you include it when surrendering to ensure their comfort and safety during transport and transition.
